Kendrick Foundation Grants Program

This year the Kendrick Foundation Grant Cycle will open on May 15th for Letters of Intent. An announcement will be made 4-6 weeks before the 2017 Kendrick Foundation Grant Application Cycle begins.

Kendrick Foundation, Inc., was created to support health-related programs in Morgan County. Support includes making grants to health-related organizations and charities, which may include

  1. community health care programs,

  2. hospice programs,

  3. health care education and training, and

  4. tax-exempt medical and health programs.

The Kendrick Foundation will give priority to applications for Morgan County addressing three focus areas:

  1. suicide prevention,

  2. substance abuse, and/or

  3. the care and management of diabetes.

These are all problem areas for Morgan County and of special concern to the Kendrick Foundation board of directors. Applicants will be encouraged to include specific outcome measurement tools and collaborative applications showing groups working together will also be encouraged.
